We Take Care of Your Home
Our home care services provide you with the peace of mind you need to rest easy knowing your Whistler asset is being well looked after. Our home care services include regular visits and inspections to your home to keep it secure.
Home inspections are charged by the hour. Inspections will be arranged with your insurance requirements, generally this means every 48 to 72 hours. We recognize that each property is unique, we work hard to meet the specific needs of each homeowner.
Our priorities are simple, look after your home as if it were our own.
Operating in Whistler since 1998 we have a long history of property management and property care in Whistler and have the relationships in place to take care of maintenance issues, irrigation, landscaping, lawn care, snow clearing and emergencies as needed.

Home Inspection Items
- Exterior check of home for damage, garbage, flyers, mail
- Visual exterior check of roof where possible and overhangs
- Check all windows inside for condensation, leaks, mold
- Looks for signs of rodents, insects and arrange to remove
- Extreme weather checks – ensures appropriate measures in times of extreme cold, heat and rain.
- Check appliances for power and or leaks
- All taps are turned on and toilets flushed
- Check cabinets under sinks and taps to ensure no leaks or frozen pipes
- Hot Tub / Swimming Pool Checks
- Check for snow loads on decks and roofs and arrange removal if necessary
- Spring and Fall maintenance schedule and repairs when necessary
- Snow clearing and hand shoveling
- Lawn and garden maintenance
- Each inspection is logged with photos when necessary
- The specifics of your property inspections will be based on and tailored to the unique needs of your home.
Personal Owner Services
- Pre Arrival Prepartions – including dusting and pre arrival cleaning
- Stocking of pantry, fridge and personal items
- Car Rental Services if requiried
- Restaurant Reservations
- Arrange for housekeeping and chef services while owner is in house
- We work with you to have your home and services arranged for your personal needs and requirements.
