Tucked away in a peaceful, forested setting in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, this attractive 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome at The Woods offers a comfortable retreat close to Blackcomb Mountain, Lost Lake and the Upper Village. Situated alongside the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, the property is particularly appealing to families who enjoy being close to Whistler’s outdoor activities while staying away from the bustle of the Village.
Accommodating up to 7 guests, the townhome features a spacious living area with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and heated slate flooring throughout the main living areas and bathrooms. The dining area seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. A generous private deck with BBQ overlooks the surrounding trees, providing a pleasant place to relax during the warmer months.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with jetted soaker tub and its own balcony. A queen bedroom and a third bedroom with bunk beds and an additional twin make the layout particularly convenient for families. Why We Like this Townhome
What we particularly like about this townhome is the combination of comfortable living space and practical features for families. The king bedroom has its own balcony and ensuite with a jetted soaker tub, while the third bedroom’s bunk beds and extra twin work well for children. The heated slate floors are a nice touch during the winter months, and the large deck overlooking the trees is a lovely feature in summer. It’s a welcoming property with enough room for everyone to settle in and enjoy their Whistler holiday.
Why We Recommend The Woods
The Woods has always appealed to us for its quiet, wooded surroundings and excellent location in Blackcomb Benchlands. It’s close to Lost Lake, one of our favourite spots for summer swimming and walking, and the Valley Trail makes it easy to explore the area without a car. In winter, the free village shuttle is particularly convenient for getting to the ski lifts. We also like that the complex has a shared outdoor hot tub, something guests appreciate after a day on the mountain.
